Named as one of Indy’s Black Leadership by VisitIndy, Doneisha has also cemented herself as a Multicultural Millennial Leader and is now booked as a diversity and inclusion speaker for events, sharing her experiences of increasing representation and creating opportunity and access for historically underrepresented communities - especially Black and Latina women in the workplace.

Doneisha has worked in corporate, higher education, and government sectors with one purpose - creating a more equitable and inclusive environment. She holds a position at Indiana University McKinney School of Law as an adjunct professor teaching racial justice courses.

Doneisha has turned her passion into purpose as the Co-Founder of Women’s Equity Brunch and is frequently consulting on matters of pay equity for women of color, salary negotiations, the intersections of race and the law, and civil rights issues - past and present. Black and Latina women make up less than 5% of all lawyers, Doneisha is passionate about increasing diversity in the law and encourages the inclusion of women in male-dominated sectors.
